This afternoon I contacted the rental company to see if we could come take a look at the beach house to get a better idea of where we could place tables, guests, etc. Brian's mom came along with us since she hadn't seen the house yet.
Our experience this time was much better than the last. The first time we went to look at the house, the house was rented but the renters were going to be gone for a while and the rental company said we could stop by. When we got there the renters daughters were still at the house and it made things a bit awkward. So this time we were able to go through the whole house without feeling like we were being watched. I only a couple of pictures of the house because my camera decided to die.

Montgomery Gentry
Last night we went to the Montgomery Gentry concert that was held at Trask Coliseum. They were in town for Azalea Festival weekend. I've only see them once before and even though this was a small venue, the concert that they put on was no different than a concert they would give in a huge stadium or arena. Since Trask Coliseum is so small it felt like you were in the front row. I was able to get decent pictures and didn't have to rely on jumbo trons to see the performers.

Engagment Session
Yesterday we took did our engagment session out at Brian's grandfather's house. His grandfather ended up being there so he got to meet Erin our photographer and Maggie. And because he was there we were able to take a picture with him.
Since it is the beginning of spring I was hoping for a nice day since the pictures were going to be taken outside. I got that and then some. I think the tempature ended up being somewhere in the 80's, bugs and pollen were everywhere. By the time we left, all of us were hot and covered in pollen. I'm just glad that we decided to take some bottles of water with us. It was needed.
I am excited to see the pictures. From the couple that Erin let us see, we should have some good ones. Once we have them, I'll be sure to post some pictures.
